Coffee in moderation is very healthy for you and can prevent some disease and improve your health.

Coffee is anti inflammatory and studies have shown that coffee due to it's anti inflammatory properties can help prevent cardiovascular problems such as heart disease, heart attacks and strokes.

Drinking Coffee daily can also prevent inflammation as well and may even prevent dementia and cancer.

Coffee can also protect you against Parkinson's disease, cirrhosis of the liver, lower your risk of diabetes, lower your risk of developing Alzheimer's disease.

People who drink coffee daily don't get heart disease as much as other people who don't drink coffee so drinking coffee is a good thing for your health.

But coffee can cause some side effects when consumed in excess such as insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, vomiting, nausea, upset stomach, increased breathing and heart rate, irregular heart beat, agitation, anxiety, headache and even ringing in the ears.

If you experience any of those side effects when drinking coffee then you might want to slow down on coffee and consume less.

But when consumed in moderation coffee is very healthy for you.
