Garlic is also a great immune system booster which can help fight off flu and cold viruses and even sometimes prevent you from getting the cold and flu.
So if you want to prevent the cold or flu try eating garlic everyday I find that I don't get the flu as often when I eat garlic everyday and my cholesterol levels stay where they should be and my blood pressure is lowered to the correct level as well.
