To reap the health benefits of garlic and to help lower your blood pressure from eating garlic you should consume at least 1/2 clove of garlic per day but eating a full clove or two cloves of garlic per day is even healthier and can help to lower your blood pressure even more.

Eating too much garlic could make your stomach upset and if it does then just cut back on the amount of garlic you're eating.
