Eating Hamburgers in moderation is okay but eating Hamburgers everyday really isn't that healthy due to the grease and fat that the Hamburgers contain which is not healthy for your heart health or cholesterol.
I would not eat a Hamburger Everyday and besides I would get just sick of eating nothing but Hamburgers everyday even though I love Hamburgers.
Eating too many greasy foods including Hamburgers increases your risk of heart disease and heart attacks as well blood clots and strokes.
So just eat the Hamburgers in Moderation and you'll be okay.
