Kosher Meat is meat that comes from animals that are slaughtered but the difference is that the Kosher Meat has to come from animals that are slaughtered in a way that it doesn't cause any pain to the cow or animal that is slaughtered.
The slaughtering of an animal to meet Kosher Standards also has to happen in a way that causes instant or almost instant death and unconsciousness.
Kosher Foods should be labeled as such with a K symbol or something similar.
Beverages such as black coffee, tea etc and even dairy products can be Kosher as well.
