Regular Meat is any meat that comes from an animal slaughtered in any manner even if it causes pain or cruelty to the animal during slaughter.
Kosher Meat is meat that comes from animals that are slaughtered but the difference is that the Kosher Meat has to come from animals that are slaughtered in a way that it doesn't cause any pain to the cow or animal that is slaughtered.
The slaughtering of an animal to meet Kosher Standards also has to happen in a way that causes instant or almost instant death and unconsciousness.
Kosher Foods should be labeled as such with a K symbol or something similar.
