Corn is low in calories and carbohydrates and loaded with fiber so it makes corn a good food to add to your diet when trying to lose weight.
The corn is also good for you but just avoid adding any butter to keep the calories down but if you do add some butter only add just a little bit of butter to the corn.
Any leafy greens as well is good to eat when losing weight such as salads as long as you don't add a lot of meat to the salad.
