Both Cinnamon and Nutmeg are good for you in moderation and can help to lower blood sugar, reduce heart attacks and heart disease and helps to lower blood pressure as well.
But only eat the Nutmeg and Cinnamon in small doses but in large doses it can cause health problems.
Also eating dry cinnamon powder can actually kill you by causing a collapsed lung so if anyone is wanting to try and eat some dry cinnamon please don't as it can and has killed people.
