As long as the eggs have been refrigerated they're still safe to eat past the expiration date.
Eggs as long as they've been refrigerated as long as 2 to 4 weeks past the expiration date as long as they're not bad.
You can test eggs by placing them in a bowl of water and if the eggs are fresh they'll sink to the bottom and if they're not fresh but still good to eat the eggs will stand on one end and if the eggs are completely bad and should not be eaten the bad egg will float to the top of the water.
Eating bad eggs can cause salmonella poisoning and or stomach cramps and food poisoning.
