Electric Smokers and Charcoal smokers do a pretty good job at smoking meats but I prefer to use a Charcoal Smoker to smoke any meats because the Charcoal Smoker gives the meat I'm smoking a better taste to it.
There's nothing that tastes better than meat smoked on a charcoal smoker but electric smokers work just as good if you prefer to not use charcoal.
