Noodles are healthy to eat.

However some noodles are not as healthy as other noodles and some noodles are healthier than other types of noodles.

Also the ingredients added to the noodles can make them either healthy or less healthy.

The healthiest noodles are whole grain noodles that are made from whole wheat, buckwheat or other whole grains and these types of whole grain noodles are also a good source of minerals, vitamins and fiber.

Noodles can also be made healthier by adding lean protein like fish, tofu, chicken, etc to improve the nutritional value of the noodles.

And adding vegetables to the noodles also makes the noodles healthier by adding additional antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.

Homemade fresh noodles are healthier than other noodles such as instant noodles, fried noodles or noodles with excessive salt or sugar.

Instant noodles are not considered healthy as they are often made with refined flour, are high in sodium and lack essential nutrients.

Fried noodles are considered unhealthy due to the frying process which adds unhealthy fats and calories.

And noodles with excessive sugar or salt can contribute to health issues like obesity and high blood pressure or even heart disease.

Eating noodles even when they are unhealthy can be okay to eat as a healthy part of a balanced diet.

Although eating too many unhealthy noodles can sometimes lead to health issues.
