When pan frying chicken steak you pan fry the chicken steak for around 10 minutes to 20 minutes, by frying each side of the chicken steak for 5 to 10 minutes on each side.
To cook chicken steak start by heating oil in a pan over medium heat.

Another way to marinate chicken steak is to use a large bowl and mix soy sauce, honey, distilled white vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, vegetable oil, black pepper and green onions.
Then place the chicken in the marinade and marinate the chicken for chicken steak in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before cooking or grilling the chicken steak.
