A glass of wine before bed can help you sleep better at night due to the sedative nature of alcohol.

Any alcoholic drinks including beer, whisky etc can help you fall asleep and sleep better at night.

When drinking wine before bed don't drink the wine right before bed but instead drink the wine 2 hours before bed otherwise you may still be drowsy in the morning after drinking the wine right before bed.
