Hard boiling eggs takes around 10 to 12 minutes.
I've always just hard boiled my eggs for 12 minutes all the time and they've always been fully cooked and boiled and then ready to peel after cooling down.
As long as you let the eggs boil for 12 minutes the eggs will be done.
