Yes you can thaw out frozen cheese in the microwave.
Place the frozen cheese in a microwave safe container and set the microwave to high power and microwave the cheese for around 3 to 6 minutes which should be enough time to thaw it.
However it may take a bit longer to thaw the cheese in the microwave but 3 to 6 minutes should thaw the cheese out enough just keep checking it every 3 minutes.
