The side effects of eating strawberries include stomach upset, stomach pain, diarrhea, gas and bloating.

The amount of strawberries you should eat in a day is at least one cup of strawberries.

One cup of strawberries a day is equivalent to 8 large strawberries a day.

8 large strawberries a day is a good serving size of strawberries as it provides you a good source of vitamin C and other nutrients that are beneficial.

You can eat a bit more if you want too but too many strawberries could cause bloating, stomach upset, stomach cramping and even diarrhea.

While strawberries are healthy, it's best to eat the strawberries or any other fruits in moderation as consuming too many strawberries and other fruits can cause digestive issues and lead to stomach pain, diarrhea, gas and bloating.

You can eat strawberries everyday and they make a great healthy snack.

Strawberries are low in calories and high in vitamins, most particularly vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants that the body needs.

If you have diabetes, you can also eat strawberries but you should limit your intake of strawberries to 1-1/4 of cup per day and if eating blueberries as a diabetic you should limit your consumption of blueberries to 3/4 cup per day.

And blackberries as a diabetic should be also limited to 3/4 cup per day.
