Although those Ramen Noodles in Styrofoam cups advises to not microwave the Styrofoam cups I have never had any problems microwaving the Ramen Noodles in the Styrofoam cups for many years now.
I takes much longer to boil the water and then pour the boiling water on the noodles and then sit and wait for them to be done.
I just add water to the Styrofoam Ramen noodles cups and then place them in the microwave for a few minutes and it's fully cooked within the few minutes it takes for it to cool down enough to eat.
