Cumin and Coriander are almost similar however Cumin has a hotter taste to it than Coriander.
Cumin is also darker in flavor than Coriander is and is also warmer in taste.
Coriander Seeds are also most often used in sweet pastries while Cumin is used most often in meats and other savory dishes.
