The WiFi router transmits radiation and radio energy but I wouldn't worry about it too much as other things such as microwaves, baby monitors, cell phones etc all transmit that same amount of radiation energy and we're likely unaffected.
So having the WiFi router near your bed while sleeping shouldn't be a problem.
