The reason you shouldn't eat avocado and toast in the morning is because avocado and toast lacks enough protein which is crucial for a balanced morning breakfast meal.

The protein keeps you feeling full and energized and the avocado and toast cannot keep you feeling full an energized.

However you can eat avocado and toast in the morning but you should also eat eggs, beans or smoke salmon along with it for the added protein.

Or add some smoked salmon on top of the avocado toast.

The unhealthiest breakfast is sugary cereal as well as bacon, sausage and other processed meats or pastries which contain added sugars and refined carbohydrates.

Processed meats contain sodium and saturated fats and additives which can contribute to heart disease.

Sugar cereals contain large amounts of added sugar and can cause energy crashes and weight gain.
