You can eat expired bean dip as long as it's remained sealed and has not gone bad.

Expiration of the bean dip doesn't mean that it's bad and simply means that the bean dip is not at it's freshest.

As long as there's no mold or bad smell or the texture of the bean dip has not changed a lot then it's safe to eat the expired bean dip.

You can tell when bean dip including Fritos bean dip is bad by the smell and the looks of it.

When bean dip including Fritos bean dip is bad or is going bad it will often have mold on the surface or change in texture or color and become really watery or thick.
