Can dragon fruit make your urine red?

Dragon Fruit is very healthy and yes eating too much Dragon Fruit can turn your urine a red color which is very normal and nothing to worry about.

If I only eat a few dragon fruit once in awhile then my urine doesn't turn much red but if I eat more than 2 dragon fruit in a day then yes my urine turns red.

Dragon Fruit is very rich in pigments called betalains which is very similar to what other red fruits contain even beets so that's why your urine turns red when eating Dragon Fruit.
