Drinking old opened wine is not dangerous to your health however it will taste nasty and may even give you a stomach ache.
I once drank some old opened wine and it gave me a stomach ache which last for around 8 hours but then after that I was okay.
If the wine is open and older than 7 days then it's best to throw it out as it will be very unpleasant to drink anyway.
