You can plant the white watermelon seeds however the white watermelon seeds will not grow into any watermelons so there would be no point in planting the white watermelon seeds.

The white watermelon seeds are not fertile so will not germinate and grow watermelons.

The blacks seeds are the fertile watermelon seeds and will grow watermelons.

So if you want to grow watermelons from the seeds you'll need to plant the black watermelon seeds which are the fertile seeds.
