Sunspots on earth are magnetic in nature and are located where the Sun's magnetic field rises up from below the Sun's surface and those magnetic regions poke through.

These Sunspots produce more energy to the earth which is known to cause the earth to warm up or also known as Global Warming.

So in short Sunspots on earth effect the earth by causing Global Warming.
