Beans will naturally give you lots of gas especially if you eat a lot of them.
I used to fart a lot whenever I ate beans but after taking beano before eating beans I haven't had any more gas build up in my stomach.
Beano does work great for reducing and stopping gas buildup in your stomach.
Also soaking the beans overnight for 8 or 10 hours in water before cooking them can help prevent the beans from giving you as much gas as they would if you didn't soak the beans.
Another way of reducing gas from the beans is to boil a large pot of water, drop dry beans into the pot and let them boil for two minutes.
After you do that then take it off the heat, cover it and let it sit for one hour.
Next drain the beans and discard the liquid. Add fresh water and continue cooking until the beans are tender.
