The Cinnamon Twists from Taco Bell are not noodles or made from noodles as they are made from wheat flour, corn meal, rice flour and salt.

The Cinnamon Twists at Taco Bell are a mixture of wheat flour, salt, rice flour and yellow corn meal.

Taco Bell had Cinnamon Crispas before cinnamon twists.

Cinnamon Twists were introduced at Taco Bell circa 1988, replacing Cinnamon Crispas, which had been on the Taco Bell menu since 1980 and were made with fried flour tortilla wedges instead of corn twists.

Called Cinnamon Crispas, this item from Taco Bell's 1980s menu was both satisfying and unique.

The Cinnamon Crispas, which were launched in 1980, were basically cinnamon and sugar-dusted tortilla chips.

The ingredients to make cinnamon crispas is.

10 (9 inch) flour tortillas.
1⁄2 cup sugar.
1 teaspoon cinnamon (or more to taste)
oil (for frying)

Other discontinued Taco Bell food items include.

The 7-Layer Burrito.
Beefy Crunch Burrito.
Meximelt.
Baja Gordita.
Loaded Grillers.
Nacho Crunch Grilled Stuft Burrito.
The Bell Beefer. Taco Bell.
Caramel Apple Empanada. Taco Bell.
