Yes Brazil nuts do contain a high amount of Selenium as well as some other types of nuts.

One Brazil Nut contains 90 micrograms of Selenium so they're a good source of Selenium however be aware that too many Brazil Nuts can lead to Radiation Poisoning.

Eating more than 6 Brazil nuts per day can give you radiation poisoning so don't eat too many of the Brazil nuts.

Other foods contain good amounts of Selenium as well such as Pork, beef, turkey, chicken, fish, shellfish, and eggs all have high amounts of Selenium.
