I keep a few different types of teas around for helping me get to sleep when I'm suffering from Insomnia.
The herbal teas I keep around for helping me sleep are chamomile, Valerian root and lavender teas.
I find that the Valerian Root Tea works the best when I'm really having lots of trouble sleeping.
The other teas work for me when I'm just suffering a little from Insomnia but the Valerian Root Tea really puts me out within about 30 minutes of drinking it and laying down.
