Ramen noodles and Pho Noodles are in a way similar to each other but Pho Noodles are made from beef and is also scented with star anise, cinnamon and charred ginger.
Pho broth is also clear, since the Pho broth has been kept at a simmer and not boiled.
Ramen noodle stock is darker, richer and cloudy, and is usually made from pork bones that are cooked at a rolling boil and Pho is just simmered and not boiled.
Both are very delicious to eat.
