Yes Amazon Prime does now feature Live TV.
If you're already signed up for an Amazon Prime subscription there should be an option allowing you to watch Live TV either on your computer or your TV.
Although do note that you'll have to pay a separate fee to access the Live TV on Amazon Prime but yes you can watch Live TV on Amazon Prime.
