If the pork you've cooked contains just a little bit of pink in the middle then it's perfectly fine and very safe to eat.
However it shouldn't have a lot of pink to it and if it does then it needs to be cooked a bit longer before eating.
If you have a meat thermometer you should check for the internal temperature of the pork to be 160 F which means it's cooked enough to kill off any bacteria.
But yes even the USDA says it's safe for pork to be eaten when a little bit of pink meat is present in the middle of the pork.
