What is flank steak called at the grocery store?

It's sometimes called "London Broil" but most times it's just called "Flank Steak"

Flank Steak should be found in Grocery Stores under the name Flank Steak as I've seen it called before at some stores.

However if your Grocery store doesn't sell Flank Steak as Flank Steak then another name for Flank Steak is London Broil.

So to get Flank Steak at a Grocery Store you'd look for the name London Broil if you can't find it under Flank Steak.

If you go to Walmart to buy the Flank Steak you should see it under the name "Beef Choice Angus Flank Steak" Or "Angus Flank Steak" or just "Flank Steak" depending on who is selling the Flank Steak.

If you cannot find Flank Steak under those names or simply called "Flank Steak" then you might find it under the name "London Broil"

Some butchers and stores sell Flank Steak under the name "London Broil" but sometimes London Broil is a different cut of meat.

If in doubt ask the store staff for an accurate answer to make sure you're getting the Flank Steak.

But most times you should see it under Flank Steak which is what it's called at the Walmart where I'm located.
