Is Cabbage better for you cooked or raw?

Cabbage is much better for your health when cooked instead of eaten raw.

When you steam or boil the cabbage the cabbage produces more antioxidants which helps to improve your health.

So if you want to reap more health benefits from the cabbage then you should steam or boil them and that goes for a lot of other vegetables as well.
