In reality Vegans shouldn't eat anything because the reason most vegans are vegans is to avoid eating live things.
The Vegans avoid meat because it involves killing an animal but when they eat vegetables the Vegan is also killing plant life.
Avocado's are fruit so if a Vegan strictly eats Vegetables then they should avoid eating the Avocado's.
Almonds are also considered to be fruit so yes if the Vegan is avoiding anything but vegetables then yes the Vegan should also avoid eating Avocado's and Almond's.
