How can I get lots of search traffic to my website?

I run a blog but am only getting 30,000 monthly unique visitors through search engines such as google, yahoo and Bing search.

I've been blogging for 3 years now without much increase in the search traffic and I'm trying to earn money through Adsense and other ads but I'm barely making any money.

How can I increase my search traffic to 300,000 to 1 million monthly unique visitors?

30,000 unique visitors is not too bad however yes you do need more than 30,000 visitors per month to earn decent money with Adsense or with any other ad network.

When blogging to earn money you need to do keyword research on the topics you're writing about.

Keyword research is where you research the keywords that get the most search traffic through google search.

When you find those highly searched keywords then write blog posts on those topics and use those keywords naturally in your blog posts and in the title of your blog posts.

Go to Semrush and enter a competitors URL and see what keywords those websites are ranking for and if they're getting a lot of search traffic write blog posts using those keywords.

You can also use a free tool such as ubersuggest and enter keywords and see how much search traffic those keywords get per month.

Or you can also use google ads keyword planner to also research keywords for your blog content.

When you do a search on google search engine take those websites that are on top of google and plug their domains into semrush to see what kind of traffic they're getting for those keywords.

You need to write on keywords that are highly searched to get a lot of search traffic sooner.

Writing on lower searched keywords can get you traffic but it will take your blog longer than 3 years to reach 300,000 to 1 million unique visitors per month.

Not sure what niche your blog is in and what topics you're writing on.

But some niches get less searches than others.

I write two blogs myself and I have one blog in a niche of health while another niche is in Tech.

I have 3,000 posts on the health blog and just 4 of those blog posts bring in 1 million unique visitors per month because of those health topics and health related keywords get a lot of search traffic.

The Tech blog has 400 blog posts and gets 300,000 visitors per month so you need to research the keywords and write in those niches and add those keywords to your blog posts.
