You can check to see if your chicken is fully cooked by slicing the chicken and look for any signs of blood or pinkness.
If there's blood or pinkness then it needs to cook longer.
The inside of the chicken meat should be a white in color and if the juices in the chicken are clear then the chicken is likely done.
When chicken is fully cooked it should have a firm feel to the meat and not feel Jiggly or rubbery.
Another way of checking to be sure that your chicken is fully cooked is by use of a meat thermometer.
The meat thermometer should register at least 165 F in the center of the meat in the thickest part for at least 15 seconds when the chicken is fully cooked.
