You can bake a frozen pumpkin by baking the frozen pumpkin in a pumpkin pie.
Or you can simply bake the frozen pumpkin as is and eat the pumpkin after cooking it in a baking pan.
To bake just the frozen pumpkin and not a pumpkin pie since place the frozen pumpkin insides inside of a baking pan and bake on 375 F until done which may take 20 minutes or so.
Just be sure to keep a check on the pumpkin to ensure it's not burning.
You can also bake the pumpkin seeds for 30 minutes or so and eat the baked pumpkin seeds.
To bake a frozen pumpkin pie you can simply place the frozen pumpkin pie directly into the oven and it will bake just like a fresh pie.
The heat of the oven will thaw the frozen pumpkin pie out and cook it.
The pumpkin pie should be baked until the center of the pumpkin pie is set and the crust of the pumpkin pie is golden brown in color.
Preheat your oven to 375 F and remove the frozen pumpkin pie from it's box or any plastic wrap, but you should leave the pumpkin pie in the foil pan.
Place the frozen pumpkin pie on a baking sheet that is lined with some aluminum foil.
And bake the frozen pumpkin pie for 60 minutes to 70 minutes.
