Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup that has a umami flavor and made with wheat noodles and various savory toppings.

Japanese do eat instant ramen as instant ramen is a staple food in Japan.

Japanese also eat fresh made ramen as well.

Japanese don't eat ramen everyday although they do eat ramen some of the time along with rice.

Most Japanese eat rice everyday other than ramen which is healthier.

Ramen is good when sick and is also easy to swallow and stomach and digest when sick.

The broth in the ramen is also good for when you're sick and can also help soothe a sore throat.

Chicken noodle soup is healthier for when you're sick but ramen is also good.

Ramen doesn't fill you up because they are thin noodles and they also contain lots of refined carbohydrates with virtually no protein or fiber so it's basically empty calories.

Ramen noodles stay in your stomach for around 6 hours before they are fully digested.

Ramen is so high in calories due to the seasoning and if it contains meat it contains a lot of fat and the broth also takes in all the fat.

The ramen noodles are also fried before being packed which also adds to the calories.

Instant ramen is pretty unhealthy and high in calories and high in sodium and low in nutrients.

Eating instant ramen is okay but you should not eat it as your main food.

It is OK to eat maruchan ramen everyday as long as you eat other healthy foods and as long as you don't have to watch your sodium intake.

Too much maruchan ramen and other ramen or instant noodles can be bad in excess but in moderation they are okay but they should not be your main source of food if you have other choices for food.

Instant noodles are OK to eat once a month or more often as long as you're eating other healthier foods.

You can eat ramen once a month and you can eat ramen more often than that as long as you're eating other healthier foods.

I eat a pack of ramen everyday but I also eat other healthier foods along with it and it's not my main source of food.

The most common reason you crave ramen noodles is because of the salt in the ramen noodles.

Salt cravings are pretty common and also because of the seasoning and that the ramen noodles taste so good.

Once package of ramen noodles has up to 1,330 milligrams of sodium and salt.

When you find yourself constantly craving fried rice, bread, ramen noodles, noodles, potatoes, pasta, cake or donuts, it can be a sign that your body is exhausted.

Carbohydrates are the body's most important source of fuel, and when we're tired, our body signals that it's time for an energy boost.

The seasoning packets that come with instant noodles also contain MSG.

The MSGs are chemically synthesized and can trigger the pleasure center of the brain, making you want to eat more.

That's why when you eat instant noodles like ramen noodles, you always have endless aftertastes.

However, excessive intake of MSG is harmful to the body.
