Cup noodles are so cheap because they are mass produced and prepared by flash frying them before packing which takes only a few seconds which makes the production process of cup noodles efficient and inexpensive.

It is OK to eat cup noodles twice a week as long as you're eating other healthier foods.

Cup noodles are also okay to eat everyday as long as you are eating other food and not just cup noodles.

Cup noodles go in the microwave for around 3 minutes or you can also pour some hot water into the cup of noodles and let it sit covered for 3 to 5 minutes.

Before eating cup Ramen you should allow the cup Ramen to sit for 5 to 10 minutes until ready to eat and to allow it time to cool off enough.

Maruchan cup noodles last on average of 8 months although they can remain safe to eat for up to 1 to 2 years.

Cup of noodles do expire and when expired the cup of noodles start to become stale.

The shelf life of cup of noodles is around 8 months although they are still safe to eat after that time but they won't taste as good.

If your cup of noodles are a year past it's expiration date they will be stale but safe to eat but it's best to throw them out.

If the cup of noodles are only a month or two months past expiration they are still tasty enough to eat.

If the cup of noodles tastes bad or smells bad then they should be thrown out.

For cup of noodles that are 2 years past expiration they are not considered safe to eat and could make you sick.

So if your cup of noodles are very old and 2 years or longer past expiration they should be thrown out.

Cup of noodles and other instant noodles are good for you when eaten in moderation but eating too much Ramen or Cup of noodles can be bad for you and it should not be your only food if you can help it.

Though instant ramen noodles and cup of noodles provide iron, B vitamins and manganese, they lack fiber, protein and other crucial vitamins and minerals.

Additionally, their MSG, TBHQ and high sodium contents may negatively affect health, such as by increasing your risk of heart disease, stomach cancer and metabolic syndrome.
