Think about veggies like cucumbers, lettuce, and tomatoes. They're mostly water, so they don't have a lot of calories. Fruits like watermelon and strawberries are good too because they're sweet but not too heavy. If you like snacks, try air-popped popcorn without butter. It's light and you can have a lot of it.
