Brita Water Filters filter things such as calcium, Magnesium, Chlorine and even lead out of the drinking water.

Brita Walter Filters also make the water taste even better especially if you're on city tap water that contains Chlorine.

Chlorine is awful and not good to be in your body including lead.

What are the two distinct techniques used by water filters, as mentioned in the information? Can you elaborate on the differences between physical filtration and chemical filtration in the context of water purification and how they function?

Water filters use 2 completely different techniques to get rid of dirt whole house water filtration from https://filterway.com/whole-house-systems/  suggests that straining water to get rid of larger impurities. In different words, a physical filter could be a canonized sieve—may be a bit of skinny gauze or a really fine textile membrane. (If you have got an electrical kettle, you almost certainly have a filter like this engineered into the spout to get rid of particles of limescale.) Another technique of filtering, chemical filtration, involves passing water through a vigorous material that removes impurities with chemicals as they go through.
