The foods that are high in soy are Miso, Soybeans, Edamame, Soy Milk, Tofu, Natto, Tempeh, Soy Yogurt, Soy Flour, Soy protein isolate, crackers, peanut butter, cereal, potato chips, Protein bars, Tamari, and canned tuna and meats.

Soy is good for you, although soy is sometimes considered bad for men but it really is not all that bad even for men.

Soy is considered bad for men because the so contains compounds called isoflavones that are considered to mimic estrogen and potentially lead to lower testosterone levels and feminizing effects such as enlarged breast tissue.

Other than that though the soy is not really bad for men and can actually be beneficial for Men's health just soy is beneficial for women's health.

Soy is very healthy and good and beneficial for Women's health as well as Men's health.

Soy is good for your health and very nutritious for both men and women.

The isoflavones in soy can also help reduce your risk of osteoporosis especially in women that are postmenopausal and the soy isoflavones can help reduce your frequency and severity of hot flashes.

Eating and consuming soy especially during childhood and adolescence can lower your risk of breast cancer later in life and can reduce fibroids in women.

Soy and soy foods and even soy milk is also a good source of fiber, protein, minerals and vitamins.

Even soy sauce is healthy and high in antioxidants and also contains antimicrobial properties.

Soy also has phytoestrogens that are hormone like substances, which act like estrogen in the body.

Soy milk is also good for you and is a healthy alternative to dairy milk.

Soy milk has many health benefits and is a complete plant protein and is higher in protein than cows milk.

Soy milk is also rich in vitamins and minerals and a good source of low fat and plant based protein and is also cholesterol free, lowers your LDL and has less saturated fat than cows milk.

Cows milk though does have more calcium than soy milk.

Soy milk also contains vitamin B that helps to maintain healthy nerve cells as well as DNA and also contains omega 3 fatty acids that can reduce your risk of memory problems as well as Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
