Broccoli lasts in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
After 3 days the Broccoli will usually begin to wilt and turn yellow in color and by the 5th day the Broccoli is usually bad and should be thrown out.
Yellow broccoli that has wilted is safe to eat but when broccoli has turned yellow due to wilting it loses it's nutritional value as well as taste.
