Spaghetti tastes good because of the complex flavors in well made sauce and satisfying texture of the noodles.

The well made sauce sometimes has a mix of sweet, salty and umamni notes and the addition of fat from butter or olive oil and the appeal of carbohydrates that trigger our rewards system when you eat them.

Basically the spaghetti is a well balanced blend of taste and texture which we find enjoyable.
