Why does video on youtube keep freezing but the sound keeps going?

On certain videos I watch or try to watch on Youtube the video freezes completely and then the sound keeps going for some reason?

It doesn't do this on everyone's videos but just on certain videos.

Anyone else here have this problem with the frame of the video freezing on youtube and the sound keeps going just fine?

When you're watching Youtube videos and the Youtube Video freezes but the audio keeps playing it's usually caused by a problem with the flash player installed on your computer.

Sometimes you need to update the Flash player to a newer version or completely uninstall the current flash player and reinstall flash player again to fix the issue.

That's what the problem was for me when I had the freezing of youtube videos happen for me.

I had to completely uninstall Flash Player and then Reinstall Flash Player on my computer which fixed the issue with youtube videos freezing and audio continue to play.

After reinstalling the Flash Player the problem went away so give that a try.
