You should wash celery sticks before eating them even though the store bought celery sticks are already washed when packaged.

I always like to rinse the celery sticks off either way but you can eat the celery sticks right from the package.

If it's fresh celery sticks that you've grown yourself then yes you should always wash those celery sticks before eating them.
