Arugula is a lesser known cruciferous vegetable that provides many of the same benefits as other vegetables of the same family, such as broccoli, kale, and Brussels sprouts.
Arugula has a taste that is comparable to romaine or iceberg lettuce.
Arugula is great in salads and gives it a nice peppery taste but just don't add to much Arugula to your salad or other food as it has a strong flavor to it although it's a great food.
