Will DirecTV accept Debit cards for signing up for there TV service?

I notice in Directv's tos and disclaimer in there ad it says you must have a credit card to sign up for service with them?

I don't have a credit card and can't get one due to my bad credit.

But will they accept Debit cards or prepaid Debit cards instead?

They accepted a netspend card from me. So they should accept one from you too.
