You can use bottled orange juice instead of fresh orange juice in recipes.

Although the bottled orange juice may taste a bit different in the recipe than fresh orange juice but it's okay to use bottled orange juice in place of fresh orange juice if you have no fresh orange juice.

Freshly squeezed orange juice has a more intense flavor and vibrant flavor when compared to bottled orange juice but it's okay to use bottled orange juice in recipes.

If you don't have orange juice you can use Lemon Juice, orange extract, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, apple juice, vinegar, cranberry juice, lime juice, mango juice, orange liqueur, coconut water, soda and even orange marmalade.

These are all good alternatives for orange juice in many recipes.

Lemon juice, lime juice, apple juice and pineapple juice are commonly used as substitutes for orange juice.

You can also use orange extract to keep the orange flavor.

However in some recipes you may also need to add something that is acidic as well like citric acid or pineapple juice.

Lemon juice is the cheapest substitute for orange juice and lemon juice also provides the same citrus flavor and the acidity that orange juice has.

Lemon juice or lime juice are my go-to substitutes for orange juice in a pinch.

The lemon juice and lime juice both have the same zingy acidity as orange juice has.

If you're making a cake and need an alternative to orange juice, then apple juice, soy/almond/oat milk are good substitutes for orange juice in cakes.
